Is track in the Olympics?

How to get started in track

Start training by taking walks or jogging around your neighborhood with friends or family members who also want to start doing track. A lot of these clubs offer group training sessions where one person will be leading the workout and the rest will follow along with them.
The most important thing is to make sure you are consistent with the exercise you are doing every day.
